YOUR MISSION

As a Product Owner you will be responsible to fulfill that the specified market requirements are maintainable and produceable for a defined product category or system.

Elvaco is a complete supplier of products and services for remote meter reading, sub-metering, indoor climate control and more. Our goal is to make our partners and their customers more digital and energy efficient.

We want to provide a complete experience, from purchasing of devices to the final analysis of field data.

Your main tasks:

• Responsible and accountable for functional requirements, including defining them from the market/business requirements.
• Responsible for sign-off of Business Requirement fulfillment based on functional, non-functional requirements and design concepts.
• Present and explain new features and functional requirements in existing and new products to the team.
• Ensuring that the System Architect has a clear and detailed understanding of future feature growth and new products within the product domain.
• Accountable for delivering according to committed scope and time schedule.
• Ensuring that technical solution is compliant with system and solution architecture.
• Accountable for design quality and performance assurance of the products in service including that necessary information is available and/or surveillance alarms are in place.
• Define and communicate a clear definition of done in line with requirements, processes and department strategy.
• Together with System Architect evaluate feasibility and estimate needed resources of a feature growth, change of an existing product or development of a new product.
• Accountable for the conceptual and technical integrity of features and/or components.

REQUIREMENTS

You are:

• A team player.

• Analytical and have good problem solving skills.
• Curious and passionate about learning new things.
• Entrepreneurial and you like a fast speed environment.
• Assertive and communicate clearly, even in challenging situations.

You have:

• Academic background in relevant area.
• Several years of experience in software/hardware development.
• Excellent proven product, technical and market competence of the product(s).
• Several years of experience and strong interest in combining customer needs/business with technical solutions.
• Strong coordination and leadership skills.
• Strong presentation skills.

English is Mandatory.

Nice to have:

• Swedish.
