The Opportunity
We’re looking for an energetic, detail-oriented Shipper/Receiver to join our Operations team. This is a full-time position based at our Ottawa head office. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in accuracy and quality, and can work both independently and collaboratively.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and process all shipping documentation

• Monitor and update customer electronic tracking information

• Send advance shipping notices to customers

• Inspect incoming shipments for damage and quantity accuracy

• Record receiving data in company database

• Process returns of damaged goods

• Perform monthly inventory counts

• Stock shelves and package products according to guidelines

• Wrap skids and manage waste disposal as needed

• Source tools and equipment for manufacturing when required

• Provide backup support to the Quality Assurance team

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a related warehouse or clerical role

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and related software

• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills

• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a team

Working Conditions

• Full-time, minimum 40 hours per week (additional hours during peak periods)

Compensation
Salary will be negotiated based on experience and education.
