Join Our Team as a Sales Support Engineer!

Are you a technically skilled professional with a passion for customer service and problem-solving? Produal is looking for a dedicated Sales Support Engineer to join our dynamic team in Denmark. This role is 80% technical and 20% assistance in sales, reclamations and orders, offering a unique blend of customer facing technical support and managing sales oriented processes.

About the Role: As the Sales Support Engineer, you will be the go-to person for all orders requiring technical clarifications. Your primary responsibilities will include providing first-hand technical customer support in-shop, by phone, and in the field. You will also support our sales representatives by preparing solutions and offers. Additionally, you will handle the reclamation process and ensure that all technical needs are met within the team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle all orders that require technical advice on building automation field devices or ventilation and related applications as well as ensure minimal mistakes in order handling.
• Provide technical training to colleagues and coordinate with Product Managers for additional support.
• Manage the reclamation process from the Denmark team perspective.
• Steer the valve & actuator and ventilation installer businesses.
• Assist the team with basic order and packing tasks during peak times or when colleagues are unavailable.

What We’re Looking For:

• A relevant technical educational background.
• Experience from buiding automation and HVAC industry, knowledge about valves and actuators is seen as advantage.
• Experience in a B2B technical customer service support center or a B2B market shop.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to train and support colleagues.
• A team player with a willingness to fill in gaps and support the team as needed.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Danish and English.
