Customer Success & Sales Coordinator
Do you want a central role where you combine customer responsibility, project management and sales support—while helping to develop the energy services of the future?
At Elvaco, you will play a key role in creating satisfied and successful customers.
About the role
This is a hybrid role between Customer Success and Sales Coordination. You will support the sales team during the sales process and then take over responsibility for the customer journey after delivery. The primary focus of the role is customer management.
This is a new position, giving you the opportunity to help shape working methods and processes going forward.
Your responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries and support sales representatives with administrative tasks during the sales process prior to delivery
Ensure agreed deliveries are fulfilled
Onboard customers and provide them with the best possible start
Manage customer dialogue regarding delivery and development
Lead projects and coordinate internally
Act as the link between Sales, Customer Service, Order & Purchasing and the customer
Support and contribute to the planning and execution of:
Partner programs
Events (e.g., Elvaco Academy)
Follow up on customer satisfaction and work to increase customer loyalty
Ensure internal processes function effectively and continue to improve
Your closest team member will be a Sales Coordinator. You will share responsibility for Sales Coordination, where your main focus will be Customer Success and customer relationships, while the Sales Coordinator will focus more internally within the organization.
Your profile
We are looking for someone who:
Has a structured and organized way of working
Is outgoing and enjoys interaction with many stakeholders
Can manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Is clear and confident in setting expectations, while remaining flexible and solution-oriented
Has a natural ability for project management
Qualifications
Required:
Technical interest and understanding (hardware/software)
Experience of working closely with customers
Strong system skills (CRM, Office)
Ability to take ownership and coordinate work
Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
Meritorious:
Experience in Customer Success and/or Sales Coordination
Experience from the real estate and/or energy sector
Knowledge of French, Spanish or German
